Community mental health survey 2016

by CWP News - 13 May 2016

Help us to keep improving care by taking part in the National Community Mental Health Survey 2016.

CWP is carrying out an annual survey until June 24th 2016 to find out what people think about the care they receive.

This is part of a national programme to improve quality of care and patient experience within community mental health services.

The Trust plans to use this feedback to improve service users’ experiences and the results will be used to help CWP highlight areas where they perform well and identify the areas where there is most room for improvement.

Help us to keep improving care by taking part.

Taking part in the survey is voluntary, and all answers are confidential. If you are selected to take part, your feedback will be shared with the Care Quality Commission to compare with other Trusts in the UK.
