Learn how to manage your stress
A local NHS trust is providing free classes to help people manage their stress.
The team from Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Crewe are inviting people to sign up for a series of six free classes to help them manage stress and improve their well-being. Sessions are free and include tools to take away and keep.
Feedback from those who have already attended the course has been positive, with comments including, “I very much valued the input and have no doubt that it will help me greatly in the future.”
“I have already tried out things such as breathing techniques, and I am sure that I will be soon be able to use techniques to counter any panic attacks, to face fears as they arise and to get a good night's sleep, so that hopefully, I will be a 'flourisher' in the future rather than a 'languisher'.”
“I would be happy to recommend the course to anyone who needs it.”
Anyone feeling tired, worried, struggling to sleep or feeling down is advised to book early for the next round of classes starting on Wednesday 9 November at Crewe Lifestyle Centre, Moss Square Crewe. Each session runs from 6pm – 7.30pm. Find out more and book your place by calling 01606 555 211.
The classes will also be available in January in Winsford and Crewe and will continue to run throughout the year.
