Purpose

To set out the organisations commitment to promoting dignity at work, raise awareness that employees are responsible for their behaviour, provide examples of what constitutes harassment and bullying, raise awareness that such behaviour will be treated as a disciplinary offence and describes how staff should get help and make a complaint, formally or informally.
