    Spider Project

    Currently operating a virtual service by telephone, email and social media.  Spider Project is a community health and well-being project that aids recovery using the creative arts. We support people with former drug and alcohol addiction. Daily videos including yoga, fitness, art, music, relaxation. These ‘mini session’ videos are on our Facebook page.
