CWP shortlisted at Patient Safety Awards
The work of Cheshire and Wirral Partnership's (CWP) Locality Quality Surveillance Team has been recognised at a national awards ceremony for displaying excellent ‘innovation’.
The team’s work in introducing Locality Data Packs was shortlisted in the ‘Best Emerging Product/Innovation’ category at this year’s Patient Safety Awards.
Locality Data Packs (LDPs) are part of the Trust’s Zero Harm campaign to ensure excellent patient safety standards.
Locality Quality Surveillance Support Manager Bev Tudor said: “We were delighted that Locality Data Packs earned CWP a place on the shortlist for the 2016 Patient Safety Awards.
“The LDPs were shortlisted under the ‘Best Emerging Product/Innovation’ category thanks to their user friendly format and the focus on continuous improvement.
“We are incredibly proud to have made the shortlist and to have represented CWP at such a prestigious awards event.”
LDPs enable the Trust's clinical team to monitor performance, share good practice and drive further improvement so that our patients and service users experience the best possible care at CWP.
