If you're coming to Kingsley Resource Centre, the best place to park is the large pay and display car park at the Ellesmere Port Civic Centre (next to the library), which is a one-minute walk from Kingsley Resource Centre. This car park is £1.00 to park for up to two hours and £1.20 for up to four hours during the week (Monday to Friday).
