This service is for people who have been under the care of the Birkenhead and Wallasey and West Wirral Community Mental Health Team within the last 12 months.

You can phone the Moving Forward service if you would like some support from the team. The Moving Forward Service will assess your needs during this contact to determine the level of support required. You will either be offered a one-off or short-term intervention by the Moving Forward Service, or if clinically indicated, you may return to the care of the Community Mental Health Team.
