Purpose
This document sets out a framework for the process of how internal recommendations resulting from Trust investigations and learning are analysed, implemented and used to improve/enhance practice
and sets out a process of how external sources of information are received, reviewed, considered and, if appropriate, implemented in the context of the services provided by the Trust.
