HR3.9 Pay protection policy
Target Audience
All CWP staff
Purpose
This policy applies to any employee who, as a consequence of organisational change, is required by management to move to a new post of a lower banding or suffers a reduction in hours worked in a standard working week. It sets out the level of pay protection which will apply in such circumstances.
