IC21 Mechanical Ventilation Policy
All CWP staff
The aim of this policy is to provide staff and contractors with the standards required for the supply, installation and maintenance of all Mechanical Ventilation systems within Trust properties.
To provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, equipment and systems of work for all staff, patients and visitors and to provide such resources, information, training and supervision as they need for this purpose. The Trust aims to do all that is reasonably practicable to manage ventilation systems and to follow the steps laid out in this policy to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients and staff.
