Join our team and receive up to £4,500 in recruitment and retention payments

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) is offering a recruitment and retention payment (RRP) package for successful candidates to band 5 learning disability nursing posts within the Trust.

Through the scheme, if your application is successful and you take up employment with CWP in one of these areas, you will receive:

  • An initial welcome payment of £1,500 from us when you start in post
  • Another payment of £1,500 after 12 months in post
  • A final payment of £1,500 after 24 months in posts

Terms and conditions apply to the scheme and if you leave the Trust within six months of receiving a recruitment or retention payment, you will need to repay the amount in full. If you leave between six and 12 months, you will need to repay 50% of this.

We also have a separate retention payment package for salaried GP roles, which includes a £10,000 retention payment, paid after 12-months in post. You can read more about this on our medical careers page.

Any roles which include the recruitment and retention payment will be clearly marked in the vacancy’s job title on Trac Jobs. You can view our current live vacancies which include the recruitment and retention payment below. To view all our vacancies, visit our TracJobs site.

Relocation package

Through the scheme, we are also offering a separate relocation payment package of up to £8,000 for anyone who would need to relocate in order to take up a role with CWP. This one-off payment will be awarded on a case-by-case basis and will apply to all clinical roles, not just those which include the above RRP package.

To be eligible for the relocation payment, you must live more than 40 miles from the base / location of the post you are applying for and you would need to relocate to within 15 miles of the new base. If this applies to you, please state this on your application so we can discuss with you in more detail if you are invited to interview.
