Elections are held each year for a number of seats on the Council of Governors. To be eligible to stand you must firstly be a member and you can only stand for elections in constituency you are a member of. The minimum age required by the FT Constitution for a member to become a Governor is 16 years of age.

Would you like to become a Governor at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust?

Nominations for election to the Council of Governors were open between Friday 29 July 2022, at 5.00 PM and 22 August 2022 and 15 September 2022 at 5.00PM.  Results for these elections can be found above.

Members who have received their voting instructions by post have the choice of casting their vote by returning the ballot paper by post or casting a vote online. Members who have received their voting instructions by email can cast a vote online only. Votes can be cast by returning the ballot paper by post to: Civica Election Services, The Election Centre, 33 Clarendon Road, London, N8 0NW

All votes must be received by the Independent Scrutineer (Civica Election Services), at the address or website, above no later than 5pm on 15 September 2022. Inquiries about replacement ballot papers or voting instructions should be directed by telephone to the Returning Officer on 020 8889 9203 no later than 5pm on 13 September 2022.
