Our participation workers take lead responsibility for the implementation of engagement and participation across services in CWP.
They aim to ensure that involvement is meaningful, appropriate and representative of all clinical services in CWP.
They work with people who use services and their carers (carers being family members, friends and paid carers), staff and statutory and voluntary organisations both locally and nationally.
