CWP Cheshire CAMHS ADHD and Autism Teams sees children aged 4-18 years.
The Autism Team provides assessment to children and young people aged 4-18 years and who have a GP in Cheshire East.
Accepted referral methods:
In order to refer to the service, the online referral form and referral questionnaires will need to be completed. You can find these on the website linked below. Referrals can be made by school, GPs, other professionals and self-referrals are accepted.
