CWP Cheshire CAMHS ADHD and Autism Teams sees children aged 11-16 years.
The Autism Team provides assessment to children and young people aged 11-16 years and who have a GP in Cheshire West. This does not include children and young people who access health services from Winsford, Northwich, Bunbury, Frodsham or Helsby practices (unless they live in Elton). The Team accepts referrals for children and young people who have not received a previous diagnosis of Autism.
Accepted referral methods:
In order to refer to the service, the online referral form and referral questionnaires will need to be completed. You can find these on the website linked below. Referrals can be made by school, GPs, other professionals and self-referrals are accepted.
