Our Wirral Memory Assessment Service provides assessment for people who have suspected or diagnosed cognitive impairment, including problems with forgetfulness, confusion, language and behaviour.
To access our Memory Assessment service, please speak to your GP, social worker, or any other health professional. They will be able to make a referral if they think our service can help.
