We believe that the well-being of the student is of special importance and we aim to offer a positive experience where they can enjoy and achieve. Our short stay school at Pine Lodge has been rated as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted.
Assessment and Outreach Team (AOT)
AOT are attached to Ancora House. They assess young people in Cheshire and Merseyside who are either experiencing a mental health crisis or have long standing mental health difficulties that have not improved in community treatment. They explore with young people, their parents and carers and the community team whether an inpatient admission may be of benefit. When indicated they can provide time limited step down work to young people and their families, to help reduce inpatient stay and offer additional support to help with the transitions to community care.
