Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) is offering a recruitment and retention payment (RRP) package for successful candidates to a select number of posts within the Trust. These posts are:

  • Band 5 and 6 inpatient mental health nursing
  • Health visiting
  • Pharmacy (all registered posts)

Through the scheme, if your application is successful and you take up employment with CWP in one of these areas, you will receive:

  • An initial welcome payment of £1,500 from us when you start in post
  • Another payment of £1,500 after 12 months in post
  • A final payment of £1,500 after 24 months in posts

Terms and conditions apply to the scheme and if you leave the Trust within six months of receiving a recruitment or retention payment, you will need to repay the amount in full. If you leave between six and 12 months, you will need to repay 50% of this.
