This August, CWP is again taking part in a major survey of people’s experiences of using community mental health services. People who have accessed services between April-May 2025, could be invited to take part and give their feedback on the quality of care support they received.
Gary Flockhart, Director of Nursing, Therapies and Patient Partnership, comments: “Listening to the experiences of people who use our services is essential to helping us understand what we’re doing well and where we need to improve.
"Feedback from last year’s survey has already led to positive changes, and we’re continuing to act on what people told us, including streamlining access to mental health services, and enhancing support for families and carers.
“If you are invited to take part, whether contact with our services was regular or minimal, please know every voice is valued and helps takes us one step closer to better care for our communities.”
The survey can be completed as a paper questionnaire, or online by using the log in details provided or by scanning the QR code.
Carried out on behalf of the Care Quality Commission, all responses are anonymised and confidential. The themed results will be published in the spring of 2026.
