In February and March 2026, Cheshire and Wirral Partnership will be hosting online careers events for all members of the Armed Forces community, including veterans, Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAVs), Reservists, or those with immediate family actively in the British Armed Forces.
The virtual session is designed to explore exciting career opportunities within the Trust. Whether you're considering a role in healthcare support, administration or simply curious about what it's like to work at CWP, this session is a great starting point.
During the session, you'll have the chance to:
- Learn more about CWP – our values, culture, and the wide range of roles available across the Trust.
- Understand the application process – including tips on how to identify suitable roles and submit a strong application.
- Get guidance on writing effective application forms – with practical advice on how to showcase your skills and experience.
- Prepare for interviews – learn what to expect, how to present yourself confidently, and how to answer common questions.
- Discover what happens after a successful application – including onboarding, training, and support available to new starters.
