Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CWP) are encouraging people to take care of each other and access support when needed during this festive period.

Tim Welch, Chief Executive at CWP, said: “For many people, this time of year brings opportunities to spend time with family and friends, but we know it can also be a difficult period for others. Feelings of loneliness, pressure or loss can be heightened, and it’s important that we continue to look out for one another.

“If you’re struggling, please remember you are not alone. Supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our communities remains a priority, and there is a wide range of help available for anyone who needs it. Reaching out for support can make a real difference.”
